WHAT IS ELMaaS?

Project teams that use Doors Next Generation are no longer constrained by the client-server architecture of Doors Classic.  With cloud-first being the mantra of all modern organisations, Doors Next Gen is no different.

Constrained I.T. departments are a constant bottleneck for the deployment of new applications.  Engineering Lifecycle management as a Service (ELMaaS) is offered by ISW to remove the burden of deploying specialised applications in-house.  ISW can manage and support your deployment and provide a fast turnaround for the deployment of your environments with our fully automated deployment.

deploy specialised applications in-house

ISW has crafted a unique offering that allows anyone to leverage the capability of Doors without the worry of engaging I.T. to deploy servers and infrastructure and manage another application with limited resources and often inadequate skills to effectively support the deployment.  ISW’s ELMaaS offering takes the stress out of procurement, deployment, and maintenance of the software and allows you to focus on your project and your outcomes and not software and infrastructure.

Running in ISWs secure cloud (soon to be ISO 27001 certified) in a best practice three their architecture that is monitored 24 x 7, the performance of your instance is frequently assessed the ensure optimised delivery to your users.  Our flexible approach provides the ability to flex or grow the infrastructure to support your needs.

The IBM Doors User Event is a brand-new user initiative specifically for Australian Doors users and the first of its kind. Many organisations around Australia have a standard ‘base’ system of Doors in place. By working with various Rail customers, often encouraged to use Doors by local governments, ISW have gained extensive experience and improved countless systems and processes to extract the maximum value from Doors, taking Engineering Lifecycle Management to the next level.

This event is designed to support Doors users in understanding how to use Doors better, and with expert guidance develop and customise systems to reduce costs and improve productivity.
