WHAT IS IGNITION?

Ignition for ISW’S Secure Payments Service is a quick-start program designed to accelerate your adoption of ISW Secure Payments, allowing you to quickly and securely begin monitoring and protecting your payments processing platform from fraud.

GET UP AND RUNNING IN AS LITTLE AS 12 WEEKS

DESIGN
Workshops enable us to work with your team to fully understand your requirements and data inputs. We will define and size the environments and provide you with a solution design document for your approval.

  1. CONFIGURE
    This includes the implementation of rules, profile definition, and modelling based on historical data. We also begin administration training for your team.

  2. TESTING
    This involves integration with system monitoring, data flows and end-user training. It is also a time for issue resolution.

  3. PILOT
    We deploy the environment to production. During the supported two-week pilot run, we will provide assistance in fine-tuning the fraud prevention models and systems configuration. User acceptance sign-off occurs in Phase Four, as we go live.

  4. OPERATE
    We provide ongoing assistance for future use and further development of the solution, final training, and a project closure meeting.

Once deployed, ISW will leverage a third-party, independent, cybersecurity company to perform an initial penetration test on the environment, simulating attacks against your systems in a controlled way and with your team’s knowledge. The outcomes of this test will be shared with your CISO and security team, issues will be reconciled and final documentation will be handed over to you.
